Hi all

you know I havent been feeling right, rather down etc plus there is a huge amount of stress here and plus Bernice is up a lot in the night with horrid chicken pox!

Anyway! Now i know why.

I am in a complete flare. I have swallowed 100s of golf balls that have all landed on my joints and then done a lot of mouth to mouth with a Zeplin to puff the rest of me up. My skin is tight with all the swelling, plus some new lumps on my head and nid leg for good measure!

Unable to move at all, had the pillow lifter out and richard moving my legs to help me to the loo- sooo glamourous!

Taken double steroids today, full whack on the morphine. Blood sugar high, blood salts low, inflammation zooming off into the stratosphere....

Never mind!

They dont frighten me the same as they used to and thank God it is the weekend when more help is around. I will be in a weepy mess later Im sure. Stupid crappy RA.

It will pass, please God before monday.

Jenni xx

PS Will take the azothyaprin again at least it doesnt seem to be that!

Quelle horreur Jenni! I suppose it must help a bit when you recognise what is going on and what helps to keep some small control, but still .....this sounds like the pits.

I want to wrap you in dandelion fluff and rest you in a cottonwool nest.

Hope tomorrow is easier

love from
Alison xx

Oh so sorry Jenni!
I loved Alison's idea, to wrap you in dandelion fluff, sounds just what you need.
Hope it passes soon for you.

So sorry to hear this Jenni. Hope little Bernice's spots are calming down a bit. I can't help but feel that it's no wonder you have gone into full blown flare with the amount of stress you have had lately. Please take care and rest and don't rush into doing too much if you feel a little better. Thinking of you as always.

Oh Jenni,

I am so sorry to hear this. It is difficult enough without the other complications of a home and family to look after never mind chicken pox and steroids. Jenni, are you safe from the CP yourself in view of the steroid? Hope that you feel a lot better tomorrow.

Take care,

Eleanor x
